The apartment has a large sunny living room with access to 2 balconies and beautiful views of the park, with large palm trees and ancient trees and playground. Two double bedrooms, one with double bed (180×200 ) and another with 2 single beds (90×200), 2 bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all necessary appliances. Equipment: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, washer / dryer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Towels and sheets. TV, DVD, Internet WI-FI, Air conditioning. The apartment also has central heating in all rooms.

This apartment is in the quiet neighborhood of Sant Gervasi. It is very close to the business district, Paseo de Gracia and Diagonal. It is also near the district of Gràcia where you will find many restaurants, bars, shops, original galleries, theaters, bookstores etc. It is very well connected with public transport; with the FGC train you can reach Plaça Catalunya in less than 10 minutes and there are numerous bus lines connecting the entire city. Metro Stops / Rail: Sant Gervasi / Pl Molina (L6, S5, S55), Pàdua (L7), Fontana (L3). This property is managed by a specialized agency we guarantee professional management. We will welcome you in the apartment. We offer emergency phone 24 hours a day. Our check-in staff, friendly and professional will go to the apartment if there is an incident. Apartment Tourist License HUTB004269. Conditions of use City tax must be paid upon arrival, €0.75 per person and per night (up to 7 nights). Children under age 16 are excluded from that tax. The apartment can’t be occupied by more people that the maximum permitted capacity. The following items are provided: a set of towels for each person, bedclothes for each bed, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, garbage bag in the kitchen. You can hire additional cleaning service which includes change of towels, sheets, toilet paper and garbage bag during your stay. Contact us before your arrival if you want to hire this optional service. The check-in is from 2.00pm and the check-out is up to 11.00am. We can be flexible on the schedule as long as circumstances permit. All check-in made after 9.00pm will have a surcharge of €20. In case the guests forget the keys in the apartment during their stay, and the check-in staff has to go to the apartment, an opening service will be charged: €20 during the day, and €40 at night. Loss of keys will be subject to a surcharge of €40. The CLEANING SERVICE is provided by a professional team. If you have any complaint about it when you arrive, please tell us and we’ll try to solve the problems as soon as possible. Check-in Previously you must inform us of the expected time of your arrival. You should contact the check-in personnel upon arrival to the airport and inform about the kind of transport you will use for getting to the apartment. If for some reasons you cannot arrive at the appointed time, please contact us as soon as possible which helps prevent unnecessary waiting. The personnel on charge of check-in will meet you at the apartment for provide you the keys and will show you the operation of the facilities. You will receive a copy of the contract which must be signed accepting the rental terms. It is essential to show your passport or ID, photocopy of the document would not be valid. Responsibility The guests are responsible for taking good care of the apartment during their stay and undertake to deliver it in the same conditions in which it was found both the accommodation and its equipment, except of repair of appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the apartment, as being the guests’ direct responsibility the replacement and repair of losses, damages or impairments attributable to them. Also, the guests are responsible for the objects or personal property deposited in the accommodation during their stay. The guests shall be directly and exclusively responsible for any damages that may be caused to persons or things as well as losses or thefts taking place within the same apartment. The guests are not responsible for the final cleaning but they must leave the apartment in good conditions, the kitchen tidy and the garbage left in the dumpsters on the street, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
